For twelve years I've helped federal agencies, global companies, and universities change how they work, in places where the stakes are high and bringing people along matters most.

I'm trained in industrial-organizational psychology, so I care about what people actually do after the launch. I've led enterprise platform adoption, guided a multi-country workforce transition, and built a change practice from the ground up.

I'm curious, candid, and happiest when a team finds its momentum. I also write change y chisme, a Substack about the very human side of change at work.
